Botox

Post-Care Instructions:

1. Stay Upright: Remain upright for at least 4 hours after the procedure to avoid migration of the toxin.

2. Avoid Touching or Massaging: Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated areas for at least 24 hours. This prevents the Botox from spreading to unintended areas.

3. Limit Physical Activity: Avoid strenuous exercise and activities that increase blood flow to the face for 24 hours. These can increase the risk of bruising.

4. Avoid Heat Exposure: Steer clear of saunas, hot tubs, and sun exposure for 24 hours, as heat can increase swelling.

5. Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours to reduce the risk of bruising.

6. Facial Exercises: Some providers recommend performing gentle facial exercises to help the Botox settle, but check with your provider for specific guidance.

7. Monitor for Side Effects: Be aware of any unusual symptoms, like severe swelling, difficulty breathing, or vision changes, and contact your healthcare provider if these occur.

Post-Care Instructions:

1. Keep the Area Clean:

  • Gently cleanse your face with a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser after 24 hours.

  • Pat dry with a soft towel; avoid rubbing.

2. Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products:

  • Refrain from using makeup and other skincare products for at least 24 hours.

  • Avoid retinols, acids, and other active ingredients for several days.

3. Moisturize:
